The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game uses the same dark and dangerous environments as the animated film of the same name. The film is set in New York. The city is plagued by mysterious villains and strange creatures from another world. The Turtles face a tough battle against these dangers, struggling not only as heroes but also as a family.
Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo find it difficult to adhere to their Ninja disciplines and family ties. Both in the film and in the game, Leonardo and Splinter must reunite the brothers and save New York from a monstrous danger.
