About GameWizard

Gamewizard is a webshop focused on everything related to retro gaming. This varies from common games to rare games, from retro consoles to accessories like magazines, etc.. We collect all kinds of gaming stuff!

* My story *
This webshop is managed by Céderic, a 24-year-old game enthusiast living in Oud-Turnhout. I've been gaming since I was 4, back then with Pokémon Red (GameBoy Classic) and Super Mario Land (also GameBoy Classic).
Shortly after, the Playstation 2 became my entry console into the industry. From the PlayStation 3 onwards, I realised I had the 'collector's bug' in me.
As a child, I couldn't resist buying a game in a series without acquiring the preceding games (knowing I wouldn't play all of them).
Despite my limited budget as a child, I insisted on cycling to the store twice a week and doing hours of research on YouTube before making my decision.

Five years ago, I decided to make my dream come true: 'Expanding my own collection and sharing my passion with others.'
This is exactly what I want to achieve with this webshop. To continue my gaming passion, share it with other collectors, and help them in their own search. This way, on the one hand, I can not only see more of the craziest games and accessories, but on the other hand, I hope to bring games to the right owners with my webshop.

Gamewizard.be is therefore driven by passion, ambition, and a game enthusiast with a mission.

Favorite console: Besides the PlayStation 1, my preference goes to the Nintendo GameCube because of the many interesting games I'm exploring.

Favorite handheld: I will always choose the trusty GameBoy Advance SP, because of the nostalgia and the handiness of the device.
