Skate 3

Product description

Skate 3 is a skateboarding game where freedom and creativity take center stage. You travel through the fictional city of Port Carverton, a giant playground full of skate parks, city plazas, industrial zones, and spectacular spots where you can perform your own tricks. Instead of races or fights, it is all about style, technique, and laying down impressive lines.

The controls use the well-known "Flickit" system, where you use the right stick to mimic the movements of a skateboard. This makes tricks like kickflips, heelflips, grinds, and manuals feel natural and gives you a great deal of control over your actions. Beginners can get started easily, while experienced players can spend hours perfecting complex combos.

New in Skate 3 is the ability to form your own skateboard team. By completing challenges, recording videos, and selling boards, you build your team into a successful skate brand. The game also features an extensive online mode and a powerful park editor that allows players to design their own skate parks.

Thanks to the excellent physics, the enormous freedom, and the humorous "Hall of Meat" challenges, where spectacular wipeouts are actually rewarded, Skate 3 became a cult classic. For many skateboarding fans, it is still considered one of the best skate games ever released on the PlayStation 3.
