“Pokémon Crystal” is the enhanced version of “Pokémon Gold” and “Silver”, released for the Game Boy Color in 2001 (PAL version). It is the first Pokémon game where players have the option to choose between a male or female protagonist. The adventure takes place in the Johto region, with the same storyline as “Gold” and “Silver”, but with additional features and improvements, such as animated Pokémon sprites and the special Suicune storyline.
