Prison Break: The Conspiracy is based on the first season of the popular TV series Prison Break, but tells the story from a new perspective. Instead of Michael Scofield, you play as Tom Paxton, a secret agent of "The Company" sent undercover to Fox River State Penitentiary to observe Michael and his plans.

The game combines stealth, combat, and exploration in a prison environment. Players must adapt to life inside the prison, participate in fights, complete missions for inmates, and gather information unseen. The atmosphere of the series is enhanced by familiar locations and characters, such as Lincoln Burrows, Sucre, and T-Bag.

• New perspective on the series: Instead of taking on the main role from the series, you follow the story through an original character. This allows you to discover new events and motivations that were not shown in the series.
