Facts:

  • Type-0 was originally part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis project, along with Final Fantasy XIII and Versus XIII (later XV).

  • The game was known for years as a Japan-exclusive for the PSP until fans released an extensive translation patch – after which an official HD release eventually followed.

  • The thirteen main characters are each based on a playing card and bear codename letters from Ace to King, plus Queen, Jack, and Deuce.
