F1 05 on the PlayStation 2 is an official Formula 1 game based on the 2005 season.     Unlike previous installments, you don't start directly with a top team, but have to prove yourself by driving tests and slowly climbing the Formula 1 hierarchy.

  3. Improved physics and handling
    F1 05 introduced a revamped physics system, making the cars' behavior feel more realistic and giving tire and fuel strategies more influence on races.
