Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is a 3D fighting game based on the popular Dragon Ball Z anime and manga. The game offers an impressively extensive selection of over 160 playable characters from the Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and even some Dragon Ball movies. Gameplay takes place in open 3D arenas where players have complete freedom of movement to fly, teleport, and unleash powerful Ki attacks.

The storyline follows the main battles from the Dragon Ball saga, allowing players to relive iconic moments in the “Dragon History” mode. Additionally, various modes are available, including World Tournament, Ultimate Battle, and an extensive training mode.

With fast-paced battles, realistic day-night cycles, and improved controls compared to its predecessors, Tenkaichi 3 is known as one of the most beloved Dragon Ball Z games ever released on the PS2.
