You can pay quickly and securely with us in the following ways:

Cash payment upon collection by appointment is also possible.

Shipping

We ship within Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping to the Netherlands can sometimes take a few days longer. We use Bpost, which usually delivers the next day, but in some cases delays may occur, which unfortunately we have no influence over. Bpost delivers from Monday to Saturday.

We do not send letters. Shipments lost due to incorrect address details cannot be refunded, so always double-check your address details. All shipments are sent with a Track & Trace code; the status of the Track & Trace code always leads to a payment obligation.

Orders placed and paid for on weekdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. The delivery time stated on our website is the delivery time in business days. During busy periods, delivery times may vary. GameWizard strives to ship orders as quickly as possible, but in rare cases, a delay may occur (e.g., a product is out of stock or a stock discrepancy).

Shipping a product to Belgium costs €7.1 for home delivery with Bpost Track & Trace. To the Netherlands, it costs €5.85 for home delivery with PostNL Track & Trace. From 100 euros, shipping is free for Belgium and the Netherlands.

Collection

It is also possible to pick up your orders from us in Turnhout. Collections are only by appointment.

Warranty

In case of defects in a delivered product, we apply the following warranty periods:

  • 3 months warranty on all second-hand products
  • 12 months on new products
  • 24 months warranty on new game consoles (excluding controllers)

If there are scratches or stains on the CD, the warranty for new software is void. Even if the seal of a CD, game, or software has been broken, it cannot be returned. For non-working registration codes and DLC codes, please contact the respective publisher. User damage and damage due to improper use (such as water damage, fall damage, breakage, or damage from rough use) are not covered by the warranty. In case of a defect, the product may only be exchanged for an identical product.

Returns

When can a product be returned?

  • due to damage to the product during transport,
  • due to a defect,
  • you have changed your mind (only for an unused product) or
  • in case of an incorrect shipment.

What is the return period?

The period is 14 days after receipt of the product. It is important that the products are still sealed, unused, and undamaged.

Can I exchange my products?

Yes, you can, provided the products are in the same condition as when received. Please contact us by email GameWizard.be@hotmail.com or by phone +32 470 25 36 93. The product must be received by us within 14 days of notification.

How do I return a product and what does it cost?

Returning a product is at the customer's expense via Bpost, unless it is a mistake made by Gamewizard.

How do I receive the refund for my return?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the purchase amount back into your account. This only applies to Belgium. For other countries, you will receive the amount back into your account once the return is approved, excluding shipping costs.

Product price

Once a purchase agreement has been concluded, the agreed price is binding. In some cases, the price may subsequently rise or fall, which unfortunately we cannot change afterward. When you order goods via our website, the actual price at the time of purchase is the applicable price, which may be higher or lower. Therefore, we always advise you to pick up your reservations promptly to prevent price fluctuations as much as possible. If you do not agree with the then current system price, you can cancel your reservation in the webshop free of charge at any time. Reservations must be picked up within 1 week, and in case of misuse, they may be refused.
